Alsatian Inspired Dinner – SOLD OUT

We are teaming up with Chef Paul Willenberg to create an evening of family-style dining. Paul will be cooking with a mobile brick pizza oven to prepare a three-course traditional Alsatian dinner.
Flammkuche (Tarte Flambée) – a traditional bacon and onion tarte that can only be properly executed in an extremely hot oven
Baeckoeffe, means bake oven, a French casserole prepared with beef, lamb and pork mixed with vegetables, marinated and slow-cooked with juniper berries
Alsatian cheesecake – light, not too sweet tarte made with fromage blanc, hint of lemon
Dinner is $40 per person. Wine will be sold separately. When you arrive, you will have the option to select our hand-picked wine pairings (glass with each course) or you may order à la carte.
