Holy Mole Pop-up Dinner

Join us for a pop-up dinner by Fernando Juan Otero of Holy Mole PDX, Food Cart of Year recipient in 2015. This three-course family-style (gluten free) dinner includes:
Amuse – grilled chicken mole on gluten-free toast topped with Cotija and goat cheese
Starter – Eva’s salad made with Jicama, red cabbage and fennel tossed in a garlic-lemon dressiong
Main – Chile en Nogada, a dish traditionally served at room temperate with cold cream sauce from Puebla Mexico. Rosted Poblano pepper wrapped around ground pork, almonds, raisins, apricots, apples, pears and various spices in Nogada salsa and topped with pomegranate seeds. This dish contains walnuts.
Dessert – Tres Leches Cake “Three milks cake” also known as a sponge cake topped with fresh strawberries.
Tickets on sale now for the dinner for $35/person (wine is not included and can be purchased at the dinner as a pairing or a la cate). Seating is limited.
