In harmony with nature and sustainability, Pasture focuses on bringing the best local quality meat and produce to the table. Originally from Ichikawa Japan, Kei  Ohdera has held many chef jobs, the most recent one at Farm Spirit and not so long ago hosting Pasture at Dame restaurant. Using the whole animal, especially retired dairy cows, provides Pasture with greater opportunities to create specialized dishes with reasonable costs. Menu items include dairy cow burgers and pastrami, beef shank, smoked steak with various seasonal vegetables. Kei plans to create a special house-made sausage to pair perfectly with our style of wines. No reservations required, though it’s always good to come early to ensure you get a seat! Please note that we can not allow any minors inside the winery. Minors are however allowed in our outside seating area.
