Riesling is one of the most diverse wine varieties in the world and can be paired with almost any dish. Join us as we explore Riesling produced in various vineyards in the US and Germany. Taste for yourself, the vast range of flavors, expressions of terroir and pairing with different foods.

Chef Mary Anne Lowe, loves to create light-hearted, locally sourced, seasonal menus with an old-school French Cuisine approach. Each course will be paired with one or two Rieslings from Dr. Loosen (Mosel, Germany) Jack Rabbit Hill Farm (Western Colorado), Red Newt Cellars (Finger Lakes, NY), Scribe Winery (Sonoma, California) and Teutonic Wine Company (Willamette Valley, Oregon)

Dinner Menu  – each course comes with a Riesling pairing

Oeuf de Ferme – fromage blanc, herbs de provence, roe, toast

Thon – albacore filet, tomato, arugula, fennel, hot shallot vinaigrette

Canard – riesling, tomato, lardons, onion, carrot, mushrooms, fingerlings

Pot de creme – hood strawberry compote, palmiers
