Escape the holidaze with comedy, trivia and booze… because, duh! Trash Amp Productions returns with the second installation of Sex and the Pity! Start off by proving your fangirl status during Sex and the City trivia. Win cool and amazing prizes from local female-owned businesses! Then, enjoy comedy from award-winning female comics from the Pacific Northwest. Here’s the line up:
ELIZABETH TEETS is a Portland-based writer, comedian and fashionista. She is the host of Queens of Hollywood on X-ray FM and producer of the women-in-comedy series Isn’t She Great at the Hollywood Theater. She strives every day to make Elle Woods and Alaska Thunderfuck 5000 equally proud. You can follow her on twitter @elizabethteets, but you should really try @elteets on Instagram because that’s where you find the killer outfits.
TIFFANY GREYSON is a standup comedian and writer from Portland-ish, Oregon. Tiffany writes for several humor publications, including Savage Henry Independent Times, and Portland’s Exotic magazine. Performing all over the West Coast, her comedy is part advice column, and part parenting guide… neither of which should be followed. You can find her on Twitter as @TiffanyGreysen or on Facebook by name.
ERIN CROUCH runs a monthly show called Laughing Mater at Alma Mater in downtown Tacoma. She has been on the All Jane Comedy Festival and the NW Women’s Comedy Festival. She performs regularly in Portland, Seattle and Tacoma.
Headliner CORINA LUCAS, a rising Portland star whose charming jokes and killer timing has earned her star credits Willamette Weekly’s Funniest Five, third place in Helium Comedy Club’s Portland Funniest Competition and a spot on Wanda Syke’s recent EPIX show Unprotected Sets. In addition to performing around the country, Corina hosts The Alliance at Alberta Street Pub, among others.
Come early for music by DJ WILDCHILD, the resident DJ for all Dirty Angel Entertainment Productions including The Real Comedy Spot Open Mics and the NWBCF. She also co-hosts the Portland Radio Project show Soulful Saturdays.
We offer a small-plate dinner menu 5 to 9 pm. Seating is general admission so we recommend coming early!
