Join us for a special winemaker dinner in Washington, DC with Barnaby and Chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley of Ripple Restaurant.

It’s not often we get to travel to other states and this is Teutonic’s first time in the Capitol City! While Barack Obama will not be in attendance, it’s sure to be a special evening. Here’s what Chef Marjorie has in mind:

First course paired wtih 2014 “Sprockets” white wine from High Pass Vineyard, Willamette Valley

Spot prawn crudo, chilled broth, cucumber, tiny radish, lemon zest

Second course paired 2014 with Rosé of Pinot Noir, Laurel Vineyard, Chehalem Mountains

Charred octopus, marinated peewee potatoes, Iberico ham

Third course paired with 2013 Pintot Noir, Laurel Vineyard

Sunny duck egg, toasted milk bread, Morel mushroom cream, roasted maitake, sunchoke chips

Fourth course paired with 2013 Pinot Meunier, Borgo Pass Vineyard, Willamette Valley

Seared La Belle Farm duck breast, shaved celery, cherries, pomme purée
