Tastebud Catering

Each season, the Pacific Northwest brings in a bounty of produce that inspires local chefs, like Mark Doxtader who founded Tastbud restaurant and catering.  Tastebud offers hand-crafted pizzas and salads that reflect the current season. They have a mobile wood-fired oven that arrives with a full kitchen crew and can accommodate an array of event group types and sizes. Tastebud has 18+ years of wood-fired brick oven roasting and baking experience, specializing in pizza, salads and fruit crisps made from Oregon’s season bounty.
