We are excited to welcome Ellian Rohrbacher, aka La Femme Fromage, cheese monger, come and teach a fun class on cheese!
Ellian will guide us through a curated lineup of exceptional cheeses, each paired with artisan accoutrements and selected Teutonic wines. You will learn the basics of how cheese is made, insider tips on the best ways to serve and store your favorite styles, and the secrets to pairing cheese with food and wine. Plus, you will have plenty of time to grill our resident expert with all your burning cheese questions.
